Final Fantasy XII ($48 million)
The entire role-playing game franchise has held quite the high amount of popularity with several chapters that take players through interesting and colorful levels to fight a variety of enemies. This was the most recent edition and it’s safe to say that Final Fantasy XIII will likely be a much larger budget.
L.A. Noire ($50 million)
While not the most popular franchise from Rockstar Games, L.A. Noire definitely built its own popularity in 2011 that involved a new technology called MotionScan where the actors for the characters were filmed with more than 30 cameras to get their expressions from multiple angles for the most realistic feel.
