The Smallest Park in the World

Leave it to the fine people of Portland to create a 2-foot cement block, plant a tree and call it the smallest part in the whole world. The “park” is located in Portland, Oregon and is literally 2 feet in diameter. It is occupied by a pig and recently had some fencing installed. Last time I checked, parks consisted of grass, tree and the occasional playground.  Not a tiny circle in the middle of the street. That is not a park. That sir, is a traffic hazard.
