These animals all look so colorful that it would be easy to think they’re fake. However, this is exactly how each of these creatures looks out in nature.

1. The Nicobar Pigeon

This is the only non-extinct member of the Caloena genus of birds. Nicobar Pigeons live along the coastal regions of of Nicobar Islands, Solomons and Palau.

2. The Pink Orchid Mantis

These are often known as “walking flowers.” The Pink Orchid Mantis is found throughout Southeast Asia where it lives in the rain forests.

Many people call this creature “the purple snail.” Best known for its light purple skin and dark purple shell, the Janthina Janthinais a very vibrant animal.


4. The Regal Ringneck Snake

This snake lives in mountainous regions were it hunts and eats other snakes. Despite being a predator, the Regal Ringneck Snake has a very colorful body that is decorated with bright blues, oranges, and reds.
