7. The Royale Double Truffle Burger
Chef Daniel Boulud Makes his Royale Burger available at two locales – the DB Bistro Moderne in New York City, and his Brasserie in Las Vegas. The patty is made of ground wine braised short ribs combined with black truffles, foie gras and root vegetables. The $120 burger is served on a toasted parmesan and poppy seed bun, and topped with shaved truffles and oven-roasted tomato confit.
8. The Million Rupiah Burger
The Four Seasons Hotel in Jakarta serves up an amazing burger which costs a million rupiah, or approximately $110. Served alongside French fries, this patty is made of a combination of Kobe beef and foie gras, and is topped with Korean pears and portabella mushrooms.
