9. The M:BRGR
The $100 burger served at M:BRGR in Montreal, is the creation of Jeff Dichter. It consists of two Kobe Beef patties, and is topped with bacon, foie gras, honey truffle aioli, fig jam, and grilled pear.
10. The Rossini
The $80 Rossini burger is available at three burger bar locations – those in Las Vegas, St. Louis and San Francisco. Its’ taste resides in a combination of Kobe beef, foie gras, and black truffles. It is then topped with Madeira sauce and served on an onion bun.
