Many people struggle to get up in the mornings. They are groggy and tired and in a bad mood for most of the day. While most folks consider it difficult to wake up in the morning, there are ways to make your mornings productive and enjoyable.

1. Find A Reason “Why”
If you have something exciting planned for your day, you will be more likely to get up early. Before you go to bed, come up with a list of things that you want to get done by noon on the following day.
Having a list of things you want to do will keep you motivated.
Additionally, getting out of bed early and knocking out a bunch of tasks will help to make the rest of your day more productive as well.
2. Never Press The “Snooze” Button
Sleeping in for “another 10 minutes” is the biggest mistake that most people make in the morning. Instead of getting up when their alarm goes off, they hit the snooze button and fall back asleep.
Sleeping in longer than you should is bad for several reasons. It cuts into the rest of your morning time, making it harder for you to do things like eat a good breakfast or take a long shower, and it actually makes it harder for you to wake up later.
When you wake up and go back to sleep, you have a tougher time rising out of bed.
3. Get A Full Night Of Sleep

If you are not currently sleeping at least six hours a night, you need to start going to bed earlier. Otherwise you could end up seriously hurting your body due to the effects of sleep deprivation.
