3. Collection of Meteorites
While they may only appear to be a simple bunch of rocks, these are actually very valuable meteorites, and they belong to a single collector. Rob Elliott actually hunts meteorites, but plans to auction his collection off, and anticipates a nice little profit. Auctioneers have priced the collection, which consists of more than 1,000 meteorites, at a whopping $1.4 million!

Remember the pop song ‘Jenny’ by Tommy Tutone? Her phone number in the song was 867-5309, and is one of the most well-known ‘phone numbers’ in the world. eBay had this number up for auction by DJ Spencer Potter of New Jersey, whose business sported the number. Since it is illegal to sell phone numbers, he sold the business it was attached to as well. He ended up getting more than $185,000.
