Most of take for granted having three meals a day – even eat recreationally – without regard for the food crisis in Africa.
Millions of people go without anything to eat each day, while the populations and governments of industrialized nations consider only their own financial gain.
Imagine being unable to feed your own family, and having to watch them undergo the agony of starvation.
This Pulitzer Prize winning photograph taken by Kevin Carter in 1993 makes it impossible to turn a blind eye to the needs of starving children on this continent.
