Maybe you remember Taran Smith for his role as the young son of Tim Allen in the long running TV series “Home Improvement”. After 8 seasons, the child actor retired from the profession, but thanks to good financial management on the part of his father he ended up with a sizable trust fund worth $1.5 million. When the time came to launch his second career he was able to invest in his own brand of dairy product known as “Cheezy Cheese”, and also owns a restaurant called “Playfood” in California.

Hollywood actress Ariana Richards has a successful career which included, among others, roles in Jurassic Park and its sequel The Lost World. She retired from the screen and went on to make her living as an artist after studying painting at a fine arts school in New York City.
