The patty is made from Kobe beef prepared in white truffle butter, and is topped with fried quail eggs, extra old cheddar cheese, and black truffles. It is then served on a bun topped with caviar, and the entire creation is held together by a souvenir gold and diamond toothpick.
4. The X Burger
The W Hotel in Korea features a burger costing $160, which is prepared by resident chef Ciaran Hickey. The patty is made of Wagyu beef combined with foie gras and black truffles, and topped with wild mushrooms, asparagus, tomato, and grilled onion.
